We source investors to match the correct parties. Ensuring a good fit between investor and issuer remains a priority.

 

Prior-closing:

We guide both parties towards the final close. This includes negotiating the deal terms and reviewing the agreements.

 

Closing & ongoing engagement:

After the closing of the deal and the creation of added value, we monitor the investment.
